2. Then it depends on the adhesion of the coating. The fusion degree between the steel surface and the zinc layer of the guardrail is very high, and after strict treatment, the galvanized layer is firmly embedded in the steel surface. Even in the event of a strong impact, the zinc-steel profile leaves no trace. Zinc steel profiles are easy to peel off the paint. Once the paint peels off, the oxidation rate will increase by one hundred times, so that the entire profile will be oxidized rapidly.

3. We can cut the sample into a small section for testing, hit the surface of the sample with a hammer, observe whether the coating will fall off, and observe whether the corrugated guardrail coating and the inner galvanized material are completely bonded together, if there is no problem with these , it indicates that the manufacturer's workmanship is good and trustworthy. You can also ask the manufacturer to provide the relevant zinc content test report to see whether the zinc content specified by the industry meets the standard.

4. The galvanized steel substrate is made of hot-dip galvanized steel strip, which can be made into galvanized corrugated guardrails of various specifications. The zinc content on the surface of the galvanized sheet reaches 300-600g/m2, and it cannot grow for 5-10 years in the natural environment.

5. The galvanized sheet is further processed for the guardrail: mechanical processing → chemical treatment (removing oil and dust → nano-ceramic passivation) → electrostatic spraying (→ curing (220 ° high temperature imitation enamel curing)) treatment, which can reach 10- No rust for 15 years.
